Where are you located?

We are based in Woodstock but service the entire North Fulton Georgia area.

Can I bring my clothes to you?

Our service is a personalized service which means that you do absolutely nothing other than bag your clothes and set them in a place where we can pick them up.  We will do the rest.

How do you get my clothes if I live in an apartment?

All of our customers who live in apartments leave a key under the doormat or with their leasing office.  Place your bags next to your front door.  We will retrieve them, secure your residence and return the key to the original location. If you are a homeowner, simply leave your bags on the front or back porch. 

I would like to purchase this service as a gift for my loved one.  How do I go about that? 

Email us at customerservice@laundrylady.org and advise us of the amount of the gift certificate.  We will email the certificate after payment is received.

How do I pay you?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks & Cash.

Is there anything that you will not wash?

We wash everything from clothing to draperies, comforters, and tablecloths.  Prices vary outside of regular clothing.
